Customer Booking & Call Handler
We’re looking for an organised and confident person to answer customer calls, take bookings and support our mobile auto locksmith technicians.
You’ll speak with customers who may be locked out, have lost their keys or be dealing with a vehicle that won’t start. Your role is to reassure them, gather the correct information and book the job accurately so our technicians can stay focused on the vehicles.
What We’re Looking For
You must be organised, reliable and comfortable speaking with stressed customers who need reassurance. Good attention to detail, confident telephone skills and the ability to manage several enquiries at once are essential.

Answer Customer Calls

Book and Organise Jobs
Take accurate details, arrange appointments and make sure each technician has the information needed before attending.
Cross-Reference Vehicle Data
Check vehicle details across our systems to confirm the correct key type, security platform and job requirements.
